MDO Refund Policy
Effective: September 16, 2026
1. Free trial
MDO provides a 14-day PRO trial without requiring a payment card. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. A paid subscription begins only when the user explicitly purchases a PRO plan.
2. Paid subscription fees
Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. Users can evaluate the full PRO experience during the free trial before deciding whether to purchase a paid subscription.
3. Subscription cancellation
A paid subscription may be canceled at any time. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the current paid period, and PRO access remains available until that period ends. Canceling during a monthly or annual paid term does not by itself create an automatic prorated refund.
4. Exceptions and mandatory rights
Refunds may still be provided where required by applicable law or the payment provider's mandatory rules, or where a verified duplicate charge, billing error, or similar payment issue requires correction. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over this policy.
5. How to request review of a payment issue
Contact the support address shown in the MDO footer. Include the account email and enough information to identify the payment. Do not send full card numbers or other unnecessary payment credentials. If a refund is approved or required, it is returned through the original payment method or the applicable payment-provider process.
6. Data after cancellation or refund
Ending a trial or paid subscription, moving to FREE, or receiving a refund does not by itself delete the user's existing original Google data. Access to paid MDO capabilities follows the applicable entitlement state.
