MDO Terms of Service
Effective: September 15, 2026
1. Service
MDO is an AI-powered management service. Users can speak, type, or provide supported content directly to MDO, which interprets the request, performs permitted actions, stores or updates user data in the user's connected Google workspace, and presents the resulting information in MDO.
2. Account and Google connection
Your Google sign-in is used as your MDO account. You must connect only a Google account that you are authorized to use and must keep your account and authentication methods secure.
3. User data
Detailed business and personal management records are generally stored in your Google Sheets, Calendar, and Drive. MDO may separately process control-plane information required to operate the service, including account identifiers, connection state, resource identifiers, subscription state, configuration versions, and system metadata.
4. 14-day full trial and FREE
New users receive a 14-day trial with the full current PRO experience. A payment card is not required to start the trial, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. When the valid trial ends without an active paid subscription, the account moves to FREE read-only access. Existing Google data is not deleted. FREE can continue to view supported existing data, but AI processing, new or edited records, calendar changes, and dynamic dashboard regeneration require PRO.
5. PRO pricing and billing availability
The approved PRO prices are USD $12.99 per month or USD $119 per year. A paid subscription begins only after the user explicitly selects a paid plan and successfully completes checkout. Paid checkout is processed in Paddle's secure payment environment. Billing, cancellation, and refund details are governed together with the Billing & Subscription notice and Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use and restrictions
You may not access another person's account or data without authorization, interfere with service security or normal operation, abuse service resources, or use MDO in violation of applicable law. MDO may restrict access to the extent reasonably necessary when a material security, abuse, legal, or operational risk is identified.
7. Service changes and interruption
Features may change because of product improvements, external platform policies, security requirements, or incident response. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. MDO does not delete or lock the user's original Google data merely because a trial or subscription ends.
8. Responsibility and external services
Users should perform any verification appropriate to their intended use before relying on displayed results. Some MDO functions depend on third-party services such as Google, the current AI processing provider, cloud infrastructure, and payment providers; outages or policy changes affecting those services may limit MDO functionality.
9. Contact and business information
Operator contact and registered business information are published in the footer of MDO. Questions about the service, privacy, or billing may be directed to the support contact shown there.
